Since 2005, young adults in UTEC’s Organizing Crew have hosted candidate forums for local elections. They identify issues that are important to them and draft questions to understand where each candidate stands. On election day, UTEC programming shuts down and we provide transportation to help young adults get out and vote.
This year, we spoke with City Council candidates from Lowell, Lawrence, and Haverhill, and interviewed two candidates running for Mayor in Haverhill.
